The room was impeccably clean, and we even had a lovely view of the Main River.

clean hotel, well laid out rooms, magnificent location near the train station. the staff - affable and accommodating. location near a quiet area of town, right next to the river and frankfurt airport because of canceled flights. great to have a traditional restaurant at the first floor.

We all enjoyed air conditioned and very nicely furnished room with sufficient space, beautiful views plus large windows.

The family running the hotel provides excellent service, treating guests like they're part of the family.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is permanently closed, disappointing since I had booked specifically for dining options.

I enjoyed a cozy stay with a spacious, clean room, made it easy to recharge after a long day of exploring local parks and monuments. It was just a lovely 10-minute walk by the river to the train station which took me right into the heart of Frankfurt for sightseeing.

I had a lovely time enjoying the delicious breakfast and cozy bed , so easy to relax after my travels. I loved spending some quiet time in the garden and chilling in the lounge area. One small hiccup was a bit of noise from other guests at night, but it didn't ruin my experience 😊

It was just a fine choice for a flying visit in Kelsterbach with very good value for money. The hot water and pressure in the shower were excellent, making my stay comfortable despite a few minor issues. Note that bringing large suitcases up the steep staircase can be tricky, so pack light.

The Gruenen Baum Hotel offers a charming experience with a good restaurant serving fantastic Greek food. I loved the lovely decor throughout the rooms. The location by the Main River is fine, especially with the footpath lined with flowers. The family running the hotel treats you like their own. I appreciated the comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning in the Standard Double Room. There were a few annoyances. I encountered some noise from the cleaning crew in the early morning, disruptive. Bringing my suitcase up the steep, narrow staircase was a bit of a challenge. The shower holder was broken. Nonetheless, the hot water and pressure were excellent, made up for some discomfort.

We really appreciated the helpful tours organized by the hotel. The family atmosphere made traveling with our newborn comfortable and stress-free. The cozy rooms were perfect for our larger family, great to recharge after our adventures.

For dads, it would be great if there were more ergonomic baby facilities.

The staff was friendly, even helped me carry my bags to my room which was really appreciated after a long day of travel. I loved waking up to the smell of a European breakfast with a good selection of cereals, breads, and cheese-it was much better than the usual what you get at those chain places.

It wasn't the cheapest option around but it was still decent for the experience we had.

Loved the charming terrace and unique local vibe! The room was spacious enough for four and super comfortable.

This hotel has accommodating staff, well-organized and air-conditioned rooms with beautiful views and large windows.

The hotel was nice and I had a lovely time here. The room was newly decorated and stylish, featuring a walk-in shower, which contributed to a restful stay. Additionally, there was a great restaurant on the first floor.
